Who are Just?
You may not have heard of us, but Just Group plc, is a FTSE-listed financial services group of companies. Since our story began as the Pension Annuity Friendly Society (PAFS) in 1995 we've focused on retirement and nothing else. Applicable companies in our group are duly authorised and regulated by either the UK Prudential Regulatory Authority or the UK Financial Conduct Authority, or both. What does the Just app do?
We know that retirement planning is about so much more than money. So, in the just app you’ll find guidance, stories and inspiration for all ‘four corners’ of retirement - from money and lifestyle, to work and health – all served up in bite-sized chunks.
Personalised resources for your retirement - Whether you’re looking for some extra pointers or are just starting out, tell us your interests and browse a personalised collection of guides, articles and videos, with new stuff added all the time.
Explore all the possibilities – Could you save more, retire early, or phase into retirement? Our ‘What if?’ planning tool helps you explore potential retirement scenarios based on your personal circumstances - giving you the clarity and confidence to take the next step in your planning journey.

How do I get the Just app?
The Just app is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
I've registered for the app, but haven't received the verification email: what do I need to do to receive it?
If you’ve not received the verification email after registering for the app, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure your email address is correct:
- Open the app and check that you used the right email to register. Change the email if you need to.
2. Check your spam folder:
- Open your email application.
- Go to the spam or junk folder.
- Look for the verification email from our app.
- Mark the email as safe or move it to your inbox.
3. Resend the verification email:
- Locate and click on the "Resend email" button within the app.
- Wait for a few minutes and check your email inbox again.
Will the Just app work on my device?
For iPhone users, please ensure your device is running iOS 18 or later.
For Android users, your device must be running Android 15 or later.
How much does the Just app cost?
The Just app is completely free to use, you just need to create an account.
Do I need to be a UK resident to use the Just app?
Yes you’ll need to be a UK resident to use the Just app .
What age do I need to be to use the Just app?
You’ll need to be 18 or over to use the Just app.
As an existing Just customer can I use the app?
Indeed you can: Our app is available to everyone over 18 who is resident in the UK.
Please note however, existing Just products like Annuities, Lifetime Mortgages and Care Plans are not available via the App. If you would like support with an existing Just product, please visit https://www.wearejust.co.uk/contact-us/
Can I use the app to access my existing Just product/s?
Existing Just products including Annuities, Lifetime Mortgages and Care Plans are not available to access via the Just app. If you would like support with any of these products, please visit https://www.wearejust.co.uk/contact-us/
Can I update my personal details in the account section of the app?
We're working on adding the ability to update your personal details, like your email address, directly in the account section of the app. Until this feature is developed, you can delete and reinstall the app to change the information you signed up with.
How much personal or financial information do I need to enter to use the app?
We want to help you picture what your retirement could really look like, and to do this, we need to ask certain questions to get to know you better.
When you create your account we’ll ask for your date of birth. This helps us understand when you’ll reach pension age, and provide a more accurate forecast in our ‘What if?’ retirement planning tool. The tool also asks for rough estimates of your salary, pensions and savings.
If you ever want to know why we’re asking you a particular question, tap on ‘why are you asking me this?’ highlighted underneath for more information.
There are optional questions within the app too, which ensure the articles you see in the app are relevant to you – things like whether you’re a home owner, or are in a relationship.
